CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

We offer refunds, at our discretion depending on the situations, due to the nature of this being a service and is offered at an extremely discounted rate and takes time to set up. To cancel you must fill out the cancellation form here: http://realestateagent.social/cancel. You will receive a confirmation email, if you do not receive a confirmation email then your account has not been cancelled. It is your responsibility to make sure that we have been contacted and your cancellation has been processed.


Due to the nature of the Service no refunds will be made for any membership fees already paid.


Once you cancel you will no longer have access to the Service, including all content and community resources, once your current membership period is completed.


This is a month to month service, your credit card statement will show a monthly debit from REAS (Real Estate Agent Social). It is your responsibility to allow us access to your social media pages, to be able to perform the service. We can not perform the service until you give us access to your social media pages. Your subscription has started already, and continues every month until you cancel the service.


If you do not take the responsibility to set up your account and allow us access to your social media pages, your subscription will continue. After 3 months we check all accounts to see if they were set up properly and automatically cancel any accounts that were not set up. We do not provide refunds if you did not set up your account and allow us access.


It is entirely your responsibility to ensure that you cancel your account in good time should you no longer require the Service and do not wish to be billed further.
